Victory in the Word Outreach is a movement birthed by God on the earth on November 30, 2003. 

Our mandate is to prepare a people who would be a part of the remnant of believers to usher in the second coming of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

We are a ministry that seeks to know the will of God in all situations so that His will is done in and through us.
